Our very professional and friendly garbage valets will keep your community clean while picking up trash 4-5 nights per week from your doorstep. At the end of the day, your living experience matters, and here at Garbage Detail, every detail matters!

Step 1

Prepare for collection

  • Properly tie and secure garbage bag inside company issued garbage bin.

  • Place garbage bin outside door prior to 8pm.

Step 2

Collection in process

  • Garbage Detail attendants will pick up garbage.

  • Collection time is between 8pm-11pm.

  • Collection will occur 4 to 5 times per week.

Step 3

Complete!

  • Bring garbage bin inside by 9am the next day.

Tips and Tricks for Best-In-Class pickup service:

  • No loose items. Bag all trash.

  • Secure and tie bag properly.

  • No oversized items (e.g. furniture, appliances, etc.)

  • For more than one bag of garbage: place additional bag on top of the trash bin.

  • For cardboard boxes: collapse, flatten, and place behind the trash bin.

  • No collection on federally recognized holidays.
